I have been working as an UX Architect or Designer/Information Architect for more than 2 decades with my last few positions being at UPS, US Bank and over 12 years as a Lead UX at IBM.
As a Lead UX I work directly with the client to create, manage, and facilitate the discovery, design, testing, and implementation of the product incorporating business needs, empathy for the users, and a clear understanding of user-centered design. My real expertise is in analyzing and redesigning complex systems, so they are more cohesive and easier to understand.
