Senior User Experience Architect

I I have been working as an IA/UX Architect or Designer for more than 2 decades with the past 12 years as a Lead UX at IBM. My experience ranges from mobile, web, web applications, e-commerce, enterprise systems, reporting and analytics platforms, intranets, product and services lead generation, media sites, online forums, and content management and customer relationship management systems.

As a Lead UX I work directly with the client to create, manage, and facilitate the discovery, design, testing, and implementation of the product using empathy for the users and a clear understanding of user-centered design.

My background is in web development, project management, and psychology. I am from New York, but currently live in St. Croix in the US Virgin Islands with 2 dogs and 3 cats.
